Terms and Conditions

1. Where subject's do not reside at the give address our services will be invoiced consistent with a Preliminary Enquiry Report.
2. Cancelled investigations will be charged consistent with a Preliminary Enquiry Report or the recovery of our costs incurred to date, whichever greater.
3. Late cancellation of court attendance will incur a fee.
4. Trace enquiries will incur additional fees.
5. Where previous agents have been instructed, video and report supplied must be disclosed. A surcharge may be applicable.
6. Urgent enquiries may incur a surcharge
7. Payment of all invoices must be credited within 30 days. Late payment may incur a surcharge. Invoices in excess of 6 weeks overdue will incur interest.

We guarantee to work within the prevailing boundaries of the law and the restrictions of the following:- Data Protection Act, Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act, Protection from Harassment Act and Human Rights Act.
