Terms and Conditions

1. If claimants' do not live at the given address our services will be invoiced consistent with a preliminary enquiry.
2. Investigations that are cancelled will be invoiced consistent with a preliminary enquiry
3. Trace enquiries will incur additional fees.
4. Dates of surveillance which are stipulated by you the client will be invoiced on a daily rate whether film is produced or not.
5. If previous agents have been instructed all report and video must be disclosed to us.  A surcharge may be applicable.
6. Work invoiced for must be credited within 28 days.  Late payment will incur a surcharge.

All work carried out by the company will be done within the boundaries of the law and the restrictions of the data protection act.
