Preliminary Investigation Report

The main aim of the preliminary investigation is to assess the claimant's degree of disability, employment status and general lifestyle. A recommendation would be made on the results of this investigation as to whether there is a need for a further level of investigation. The facts, observations and recommendations would be presented in a comprehensive report.

Level One Investigation

The aim of this investigation is to produce a signed statement suitable for disclosure in a court. A minimum of one days video of the claimants activities, therefore substantiating the statement, as well as a detailed report.

This service is covered by the Aaztec code of conduct and guarantee to be invoiced only for results.

Level Two Investigation

The aim of this investigation is to produce a signed statement suitable for disclosure in a court. A minimum of two days video of the claimants activities, therefore substantiating the statement, as well as a detailed report.

To ensure the claimant can not effectively defend their actions on a particular day as a one off the film will be taken on a minimum of two separate dates. This service is covered by the Aaztec code of conduct and guarantee to be invoiced only for results.

Court Representation
